Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and not able to be returned. This applies to any items purchased through our website, over the phone, via direct message or through order forms.
We take great care in crafting every order and ensuring it is prepared fresh and delivered with quality. As a result, cancellations can only be accepted up to 24 hours after your order is placed. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of order placement will not be granted. We appreciate your understanding.
Event Grazing Tables:
Grazing tables and large-scale catering for events are subject to a separate contract, which outlines terms for cancellations, deposits and any applicable refunds. Please refer to your invoice and/or your event agreement for those specific details.
