This premium spread features 10 hand-cut specialty cheeses totaling 90 oz, offering a diverse range of textures and tastes from creamy bries to aged cheddars. We pair these with 30 oz of fresh-sliced salami and prosciutto, providing savory depth and authentic Italian flavor.

The spread is enhanced with vibrant seasonal fruits that add natural sweetness, briny olives and tangy cornichons for contrast, local honey and specialty-made jams for complementary sweetness, stone-ground mustard for a spicy kick, and an assortment of artisan crackers for the perfect vehicle.
