Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to any items purchased through our website, over the phone, via direct message or through order forms.

We take great care in crafting every order and ensuring it is prepared fresh and delivered with quality. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned or refunded.

Event Grazing Tables:

Grazing tables and large-scale catering for events are subject to a separate contract, which outlines terms for cancellations, deposits and any applicable refunds. Please refer to your signed event agreement for those specific details.
