How much charcuterie do I need for 20, 30, or 50 guests?

Plan 2–3 oz of cheese and 2–3 oz of meat per person for light grazing. For 20: ~80–120 oz total; 30: ~120–180 oz; 50: ~200–300 oz. Increase if charcuterie is the main meal.

How Much Does a Grazing Table Cost?
